|
Our Heart Opening Cacao Ceremony is a journey to the center of the heart, connecting and opening to Divine energy.
Setting an intention for the evening and week ahead is a way of speaking our desires to the Universe and our Subconscious Intelligence, once spoken we let it go while being open to the
Tapping in to your inner power, strength and what ever you are coming for; express emotions, dance with love of life, cry, share, connect, be free, be safe, seen and heard. - We come to heal, we come to celebrate we come to tune in and to align to love.
We honour the Spirit of Cacao, connecting to her gentle yet powerful loving energy. Theobromine (the active compound in Cacao) stimulates our blood flow and opens the heart.
Guided meditations to feel into and connect with Cacao's spirit and guide us into our heart. We expand the awareness and energy to this spirit, lifting our energy.
In this space, we connect to an intention; a dream, a wish, something you want to bring in or let go. Holding the energy of this vision in our hearts as if it were already true, we release it and give thanks to Mother Cacao and her supportive nature, trusting that what is said is done and sharing it with the other beings in Sacred Circle.
We gather in Sacred Circle, a space for us to each been seen and heard as equals, men and women as one.

Cacao Ceremoy Origins
Cacao originated in the South Americas, with the ancient Aztec and the Mayan and was often worked with in ceremony, whether it be a wedding or some other celebration. It's been worked with for thousands of years, and now many indigenous people are saying the Cacao Spirit wants to reach out to the rest of the world, now is the time.
Cacao is an aphrodisiac and was handed out to lovers due to it's heart opening properties, we still see this tradition carried on today over here in the form of valentines. The only thing is modern chocolate does not contain these properties any longer.

Keith's Cacao
Ceremonial Grade
What's in Ceremonial Cacao, and why we
work with Keith's Cacao.
work with Keith's Cacao.
This depends on your definition of Ceremonial. For me, alot of Ceremonial Cacao is not Ceremonial, simply becasue it has not been prepared from the first moment with intention. It's make may be very similar but the processing using machines takes away the energetic magic and connection that must be felt and experienced.
What sets Keith's Cacao apart for me. Keith works closly with the families who look after the land where these grow, under canopy where they thrive. The families are well paid so they can take their time with the cacao, preparing it in the traditional way as if they were for their own tribe. Lightly roasted over a gentle heat to preserve the goodness, ground by hand into a paste |
Keith's wants to share the magic of Cacao and the incredible power it can offer in a way that
respects the local area while facilitating Cacao's wish to come back into humanity's
awareness. We lost our way by turning Cacao into a cheap Chocolate, but she is making
a come back, and everybody is invited to the table, or circle in this case.
