Choosing Confidence

If You Were Living Your Dream Life (free from all restrictions), "What would it look like?"

My mission is to empower other's to create a life that is deeply rewarding and nourishing for the Soul. A life that is Fulfilling, fills you with Confidence, Power, Abundance, Gratitude and Blissful Love for every area and every one in your life and touched by your life.

I'll do this through a series of tools and techniques I've personally successfully used to change my thoughts, feelings and actions and change the way I live my life. To recognise what alignment feels like and to make daily commitments making decisions, actions or changing habits that no-longer serve me.

Ecstatic is when you're dancing in that place of pure joy, you've completely dissolved all of your boundaries and are in a place of ecstasy. You are so happy, that you move freely, you feel only love that you are dancing freely, you feel love for how freely others are expressing and dancing and you feel love for the space that is being co-created and the love that is flowing through that space. This is what it feels like to be Ecstatic Dancing.

Who is this Content For?

If you ever feel:
Unworthy, unimportant, worthless, useless, unloved, unhappy, socially anxious or have self-doubts, and judge-yourself; but you long to BE and FEEL Confident, Strong, Powerful, Calm, Composed, High on Life, a Deep Love from everything in life and Gratitude to the Universe (and anything we don't yet understand).

May what I offer here offer you great value in bringing more alignment into your life and the lives of the people you enter into your experience of life.

What is Involved in the Course?

There are sub-courses and a main course which covers all areas of a persons life.
E.G. Sub-Course: Choosing Confidence
E.G. Main-Course: Creating a Life of Blissful Impact
Over coming social anxiety or choosing confidence.
You will join a Zoom call with 20 other people. You do not have to do anything, say anything or even have your camera on anytime unless you want to and would feel good doing it.

If you feel butterflies this is a sign you are ready to step out of your comfort zone and take action that may be a little nerve inducing. This is great, get used to allowing it to be there and feeling into it as much as possible. With time you will enjoy this feeling, it will become something else entirely and may become part of why you continue to grow and create the life you dream of. Of course you may have many motivations, but the energetic one that has held you back will begin instead to work in your favour.

During the Zoom call you will have the opportunity to express, to talk, to be vulnerable about your experiences or how you feel it has left you. You will have the opportunity to heal a lot of wounds, to see things with an open mind. Daily Practices you can do on your own and bigger challenges when you feel ready; including Ecstatic Dance, Meditation, Daily Practices.

What is Ecstatic Dance?

Dance has been one of the most incredible tools I've used to heal my self and find my inner bliss. It gave me the platform to let the thoughts go and allow the energy of music to move me. To feel the edge of my comfort zone and allow myself to be there with it, to explore where I could be more free, more connected, more open, more self-loving, more loving to others and it allowed me to feel ecstatic, this incredible feeling of everything being good, being surrounded by and immersed in love, to dance in celebration, joy and confidence in a way that feels good to you, expressing your creativity and freedom.

​We'll have dances where you can explore this and all the same rules apply as before. To begin with, you can dance on your own.

What is Meditation?

The way we'll be using meditation is to train your focus. We'll train it to focus on being present in the moment with your feelings instead of being focused on your thoughts. You'll understand how certain stories or thoughts you've held for years were created and how to see beyond that. You'll be able to feel an expereince and instead of reacting on an old pattern or program, you'll act from a place of love and calm, with a clear mind. This gives you the best platform for success, and when you do make a mistake, you'll be able to handle it because you will know how you would want to be in a given situation.

What are Daily Practices?

These are little actions or activities that we do every day to help train our focus or our mind, to release old stories and patterns and program in new ones. We do this through activities that will allow us to heal a stored emotion (ever listen to a song that reminded you of a beloved ex and felt a pang?) and through coaching activities that allow us to see through the conditioning of the mind.
