We anchored in connection to our mind/body/spirit with a gentle yoga practice, followed by an expansion of our hearts through meditation.
A grounding & mindful Cacoa ceremony with an invigorating 5 Elemental Dance, completed the evenings proceedings.
Warmth, joy, connection, expansion and love were readily available, within this beautiful energetic space.
I have found many more wonderful members of my soul famiy, (which during the current climate), is incredibly reassuring.
